Alexander Stevens International Real Estate Asset Management was set up to meet the demand for wider and more-detailed real estate asset management advice. The aim was to create an identity that was timeless, modern and had an assured professional tone. A new website was developed in tandem and reflects the brand’s focus on real estate and asset management advice.

Art Direction & Web Development Milktop

I designed an AS monogram that creates a sophisticated professional image for the brand, the monogram is coupled with a traditional serif. The letterhead and business card designs use a humanist sans serif which helps to maintain the feeling of elegance. The AS monogram was silver foil printed to achieve a distinguished feel.
